Size whatever - Poetry
She consoled herself looking at the mirror,
Hating her own body,
She decided to be thinner
Each day, she starved,
Not giving up on her will,
But unwilling she gave up,
Gave up on all her favorite meals
Dreaming about the clothes she would easily pull off soon,
She starved more,
Imagining all the backgrounds for her perfect IG Picture, she thought,
How she's going to make everyone fall for her
Avoiding social meetups,
To get a hold on her appetite,
Keeping herself away from her friends,
And amaze them when she's fit and fine
2 months later,
Size L to S,
She's got that perfect figure,
Can't flaunt it as she's no more her old self
Getting at a better place,
She realized nothing changed,
She still finds peace in the crowd,
Who loved her when she was a size L
